Ask for your data
Request a data export from your current provider, with your billing data. It is your data, so you can ask for it.
We set up your gym
Your account is created and the setup guide takes you through your gym details, memberships, agreements, prices and staff.
We import your data
We import your export. If you like, we import sample data first, so you can check it before you set a go-live date.
You go live
On your go-live date, your front desk, billing and members move to InCharge.

What gets set up, and who does it
Your members and memberships
Send us the export from your current provider and we import it for you. Memberships come across with whatever the export includes, and billing data lets members carry on paying without re-entering their details.
Your agreements
You set up the memberships you sell: the name, the price, how often members pay and for how long. New members sign electronically, online, in the app or at the desk, and the agreement stays on their profile.
Your payments
For EFT, you send us your bank information and the signed InCharge Pay agreement. For credit cards, we open your merchant account with you, which takes 3 to 4 days.
Your doors
Full integration with Passport Technologies access control, and integrated with most gate systems. Tell us what you have at the door and we set it up with you.
Your member app
Your gym’s own name, logo and colours in the InCharge Life app for iPhone and Android, so your members see your club, not ours.
Your team
Every member of staff gets their own login, with what they are allowed to do, and InCharge University teaches each role, with lessons and exam results.

How long does a switch take?
It can be done in as little as 3 to 4 days. If you would like us to import sample data first, so you can check it and then set a go-live date, allow up to 2 weeks.
Do our memberships come across?
Yes. Memberships come across with whatever is included in the export from your current provider.
Will members have to re-enter their payment details?
No, as long as your data export includes your billing data. Your billing data belongs to you, so you can request it from your current provider.
What does the data import cost?
We are currently waiving the data import fee.
Which software can we move from?

We are still in a contract. Can we talk now?
Yes. Talk to us now and pick a go-live date that suits the end of your contract, so nothing has to happen in a hurry.
